Lupe Fiasco & Sway | DJ Semtex Show (Freestyle)

To make a long story short it would appear that  Lupe Fiasco while awaiting his Lasers album release he decided to jump on a plane to the U.K and tear up a mic or 2 alongside Sway. The two have always had a friendly relationship, Lupe infact giving Sway a shout out on his debut Food & Liquor album outro.

This DJ Semtex freestyle is heavy, Lupe has always been a lyrical beast so obviously did what was expected of him, however it was more of a show and prove time for Sway because some know of his lyrical abilities but not enough for him to be able to gain the respect he so rightfully deserves.

Sway defo goes in and shows the U.K. and the U.S. that he is a force to be reckoned with, the weed, Skepta and Puff line cracks me up every time I hear it. The 2 could not have rapped over a more suited beat, Kanye Wests Monster instrumental…2 lyrical monsters rhyming over a monster beat, literally….I think the 2 of them need to do a project together, it would be nothing less than Epic….Enjoy!

Lupe is seriously in need of a trim, I initially thought that he was taking a stand and refusing to cut his hair until his album is released, but then realised that he would have had dreadlocks by now if that was the case. Lasers however does now officially have a release date, march 8th, so make sure you go pick your copy up!
