LIVE EVENT OF THE YEAR

We were recently informed that allaboutgoodmusic Live
won Live Event of the Year at this years’ Manc Music Awards!

The natural development from their magnificent blog, AllAboutGoodMusic Live finally delivered the high-grade urban music showcase Manchester music had long been waiting for. Granted, urban-pop may have been 2011’s ubiquitous commercial soundtrack, but that still doesn’t detract from AllAboutGoodMusic Live’s most impeccable talent radar.

Hosting such stellar names as Daley, RIO, KT Forrester, Sasha Pannu, Mica Townsend, Nikki Garnett and Misha Bryan (yes, the very same Misha Bryan who made her mark on this year’s X Factor), AllAboutGoodMusic Live didn’t just deliver the essential live event of the year, they also took rightful credit for shaping a most vibrant new invasion of Manc urban music talent, the likes of which have previously struggled to find a live platform in this city.

Thankfully, with these discerning and forward-thinking promoters around, that’s certainly no longer the case.

This has come totally out of the blue for us but we’re really humbled by the acknowledgement. Thank you  to everyone who performed at, promoted and came out to support one of our events last year. It’s great to have an audience so receptive and open to what we do, and it’s also very satisfying for us to be able to support local talent in this way.

On Sunday 4th March we celebrate two years of allaboutgoodmusic with a special allaboutgoodmusic Live which will take place at Bassment in Ancoats and will be broadcast live across Manchester and to the world!

If you’re an allaboutgoodmusic regular then you know to expect nothing less than a stellar line-up of emerging talent and evening of good vibes in good company. If you’re yet to have your ‘allaboutgoodmusic experience’ then we can’t wait to see you!
