Nas | Daughters (Video)

The audio for this hit the web a few weeks ago, apparently sparking a backlash from the mother of Nas’ daughter Destiny, who claimed it mis-portrays their daughter etc etc. That aside, it’s a really nice, feel-good track. It’s always endearing to hear artists speak from the heart and the father-daughter relationship is one strikes a chord amongst many, albeit for good or bad reasons.
So Nas has Daughters and Jay has Glory. Is this the start of a Daddy-daughter Hip Hop trend perhaps? Would be rather nice, wouldn’t it?
